Bedtime Boss is a virtual sleep consulting practice founded by Caroline in 2019 and based in The Woodlands, just north of Houston. As a certified Sleep Sense consultant, Caroline works exclusively through a virtual model — which keeps overhead low and scheduling flexible — while still providing the intensive daily support that families need during the critical implementation window.
Caroline uses the Sleep Sense method, which teaches children to self-soothe and fall asleep independently without relying on cry-it-out or extinction techniques. The two-week unlimited support window is a key differentiator — families have daily access to Caroline during the most challenging part of the process, which significantly increases follow-through and reduces parental anxiety.
Families who prefer the convenience and accessibility of virtual consulting but still want intensive daily support. The 8 AM–9 PM availability window means you can reach Caroline when issues are actually happening, not just during scheduled call times.
Based in The Woodlands, TX, serving Houston, Austin, and families nationwide through virtual sessions. Founded in 2019 as a women-owned business.
What is the Sleep Sense method? Sleep Sense is a structured sleep training methodology that teaches children to fall asleep independently. It does not use cry-it-out or extinction techniques. Parents remain actively involved in the process.
What does the two weeks of unlimited support include? You have daily access to Caroline via phone calls, email, text messages, and Voxer voice messages from 8 AM to 9 PM. This means you can reach out in real time when questions or challenges arise.
Is a nap training add-on necessary? Not always. Some families find that overnight sleep improvements naturally lead to better naps. However, if daytime sleep remains a challenge, the nap training module provides targeted strategies for nap-specific issues.
What age range does Bedtime Boss work with? The baby sleep package is designed for children ages 5 months to 2.5 years.
Is the initial phone consultation free? Yes. The introductory call is free and carries no obligation. It is an opportunity to discuss your child's sleep challenges and determine whether the Bedtime Boss approach is a good fit.
