Katie Zaug is a DONA-certified postpartum doula and Center for Pediatric Sleep Management-certified sleep consultant who explicitly serves Irvine and the surrounding Orange County communities. She combines hands-on postpartum support with virtual sleep coaching, offering a gentle, family-centered approach for newborns and infants.

Led by certified pediatric sleep consultant Lisa Falkenstein, Nurtured Foundation's Gentle Journey Sleep Co. helps children learn to sleep independently without the cry-it-out method. They offer in-home and virtual support across Cleveland and Akron suburbs like Lakewood, Rocky River, and Westlake, with strongly reviewed, intuitive plans.

Run by a Gilbert-based founder with a master's in child development and a pediatric sleep certification, Oh Baby Consulting offers personalized, gentle sleep coaching for children from birth through age five. Services include custom one-on-one plans, in-home and virtual support, and a self-paced course rooted in infant mental health and whole-family wellness.
