Doulas of Long Beach offers the Mommywise Certified Sleep Coach program, where a certified sleep coach lives with your family for 72 hours to observe your baby's habits and create a fully personalized sleep plan. After the in-home program, families receive four weeks of unlimited phone and email support plus three follow-up coaching calls.
