Rested Family is led by Jennifer Denzel, a certified Gentle Sleep Coach with over 20 years of early childhood education experience and a degree in Child Development. Based in Elk Grove and serving families throughout Northern California including the greater Sacramento and Central Valley region, Jennifer offers both phone and in-home consultations with custom sleep plans designed around each family's unique needs. Her approach is grounded in the Gentle Sleep Coach method, prioritizing low-cry, attachment-respectful techniques for children ages 0–5.
