Lexi Teska is a certified baby and toddler sleep consultant, newborn care specialist, and postpartum doula who coaches families nationwide, including Lubbock, through 1:1 virtual sessions. She offers customized, gentle plans for newborns, infants, toddlers, and twins.

Founded by certified pediatric sleep consultant Kaley Medina, Live Love Sleep offers in-home and virtual coaching across Chandler and the East Valley. Their gentle, responsive methods include the Chair Method, Modified Ferber, and Pick Up/Put Down so families can support children without leaving them to cry alone.
