Founded by Kelly Weygandt, a Pediatric Registered Nurse with over 15 years of experience, Clayton Babies has been a Family Sleep Institute certified Child Sleep Consulting practice for over 10 years. Kelly offers in-home, phone, and email consultations with fully customized sleep plans for newborns through school-age children. She also partners with St. Louis-area school districts and childcare centers to educate on safe sleep practices.

Casey Mayo is a Master Certified Sleep Wise Consultant based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who brings a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma and the hands-on experience of raising three children with different sleep needs. She believes that every baby and family is unique, and she builds flexible, compassionate sleep plans that move families from feeling helpless to enjoying peaceful, well-rested nights. Butterfly Kisses Infant Sleep Consulting is operated by Maybeline, a certified Infant and Toddler Sleep Consultant who has worked with over 200 families across California, including the Central Valley and Stockton area. Maybeline offers fully virtual consultations to California families, creating individualized sleep plans that consider each baby's unique temperament, the family's preferred approach, and their comfort level with crying — always aiming for the least amount of distress possible. She is also a certified Potty Training Consultant and brings a warm, family-centered philosophy to every engagement.
