Little Pumpkin Sleep Solutions is led by Uma Khusnutdinova, a Doctor of Medicine, Certified Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who serves families in Fort Worth and across Texas. Uma takes a holistic, individualized approach to sleep coaching for children from birth to age 7, offering 1-on-1 virtual consultations, personalized sleep plans, and ongoing daily support. Her dual credentials in medicine and lactation make her especially well-suited for breastfeeding families navigating sleep challenges.

Tiffany Hilgenberg is a Waukee-based sleep coach affiliated with the Tiny Transitions network, serving families across the Des Moines metro and statewide Iowa. Drawing on a background in childcare and child development, she uses the B.E.S.T. Sleep Training Approach — a developmentally-appropriate, never one-size-fits-all method — to build healthy sleep habits from newborns through school-age children. Her own experience with postpartum sleep deprivation drives her compassionate, hands-on coaching style.

Lynn Matuszewski is a certified sleep consultant with Good Night Sleep Site, credentialed through the Family Sleep Institute and holding a BS in elementary education and learning and behavior disorders. She creates personalized sleep plans tailored to each family's values and goals, supporting children from newborns through older kids. Lynn serves families throughout Buffalo, Williamsville, Clarence, Hamburg, and the broader Western New York region.
