Little Sleepers, Big Dreamers

Founded by Kristi Roberts, MS MPH, a certified pediatric sleep consultant with a background in science and public health, Little Sleepers, Big Dreamers has been helping Columbus families since 2016. Kristi specializes in children ages 4 months to 5 years, including multiples, offering customized written sleep plans and virtual coaching packages tailored to each child's developmental stage and temperament. Her evidence-based approach focuses on education and positive behavior change to guide families toward lasting sleep success.
